Action Plan

Superintendent

*Responsible for all campuses in the district and technology that they use.
*Works with technolgy director on new technology.
*Principal works with with superintendent and technology director on any technological issues
with their campus
*Principal plans technology workshops with the aide of the technology director.


Technology Director
*Responsible for technology throughout the district.
*Maintains information systems network and related hardware/software components
*Evaluate technology needs of his/her campus and Helps organize and plan technology training
sessions at the campus level.

Curriculum Director
*Collaborates with Tech Dept to ensure technology integration into curriculum for each campus.
*Evaluates staff use of current technology in curriculum guidelines (C Scope lesson plans).
*Creates existing and future guidelines for technology integration in curriculum. • *Helps to monitor staff in the use of technology within the curriuculum guidelines developed by
Curriculum
*Assessments through PDAS, 360 Walkthoughs, and informal observations.
*Assessments aided by asst. principals on campus.

Finance Director
*Maintains budget and monetary resources through financial software package.
*Shares information with school board and superintendent, as well as community, through
technology integration. This includes, email, website, and protected software.
*Responsible for securing sensitive financial information about the district.
*Helps make financial decisions about his/her campus with the assistance of Finance Director.
*Reviews finances and avialable resources for his/her campus.
*Shares relevant financial information with faculty and staff about their campus.

Campus Principal
*Reviews and recommends appropriate technology improvements for his/her campus.
*Collaborates with school leaders (SBDM committee, technology dept.,department heads) to assist
in technology reviews and recommendations


Department Heads
*Reports future technolgy needs to principal for review.
*Monitors department in the use of technology integration into lessons to create 21st century
learners.
*Meet regularly with dept. heads to assess staff needs, including technology needs.
*Review requests for technology enhancements from dept. heads.

Teachers
*Responsible for integrating technology into lesson plans.
*Follow C Scope guide to help with technology integration.
*Collaborate with other teacher leaders to improve lessons and assessments.
*Principal assesses technology integration through PDAS evaluations.
*Provides regular professional development in technology integration.
