Educators Using Blogs

Administrators have a variety of outlets to communicate with the educational realm.  One valuable outlet is the use of blogs because it allows the administrator to have open communication with a large number of people.  Through blogs, an educator could post ideas regarding concerns of the campus.  The teachers and staff then could have the ability to view the posts and make comments or submit ideas regarding the blog without having to conduct a meeting.  Another unique characteristic of blogs is the opportunity to elicit solutions as a result of the posting. Not only is the blog available to the educator’s campus, but others interested in education could view the posting and also post comments thus opening an avenue for countless ideas.
