Goal: The objective of this action research is to identify the courses of teacher burnout and how to prevent teachers from leaving the educational field. Research will help determine the factors that contribute to teacher burnout. The intended income is to identify strategies that will help teachers posses the necessary coping skills through instructional strategies, classroom discipline, and time management to handles the stress and factors that contribute to burnout. As a result of this research, my goal is to keep teachers motivated and in the profession thus reducing the turnover rate. |
